There are many highly specialised areas involved in the protection of intellectual and other areas of the laws. We will only deal with areas in which we have the necessary expertise. We will refer specialised work to other affiliates.

Most of the above branches of law are necessary to protect the efforts and contributions of other specialties such as marketing and accounting. It can be a costly mistake to ignore the laws when developing a business strategy. A simple example is the production of advertising material prior to a search to see whether anyone else has a right to it. A logo or name may infringe upon another’s rights. for example:

The purchase of a business may contravene laws relating to competition.
The hiring of employees may contravene a restraint of trade.

Many people are not aware that certain information is necessary on their printed documentation. Without compliance, the directors of a company loose their protection from limited liability.
